Dinner will be served around 6pm PT.

The Indian ceremony will be around 1.5-2 hours. Guests are welcome to help themselves to appetizers and drinks during the ceremony as the room will be set up in a reception style. We will also have an intermission during the ceremony.

Lunch will be served around 12:30pm PT.

Please request a late checkout on Sunday as the events that day will end between 2-3pm PT. If you are unable to receive a late checkout, the hotel can hold your luggage for you.

Events will take place outside under a tent and inside the hotel. If the weather is on the cool side, the tent will be heated.

Yes, Carillon Point has multiple parking garages that are walking distance to the Woodmark Hotel. Please keep your parking ticket and the hotel will validate it.
